We had these costumes on for not much more than an hour...

It was long enough to take a few pictures, stop at four of our friends and neighbors and be ready to take them off!

With the amount of loot they got at 4 homes I dread the day they finally figure out what 'trick or treating' is! We did however enjoy giving out our stash of candy- we had at least 80 treaters come to the door. Kate really liked this part (other than the masks). Looking forward to showcasing our Saints Costumes later in the week- our party will be Thursday or Friday. Check back!

As a note, the girls favorite Aunt Trina lent us the costumes so only wearing them a short time was not a loss of money spent. It also should be noted Kate did where the Pooh costume to the chiropractor, twice this month. ;-)

Kate has a much greater affinity for her costume than Miss Gemma did. Good girl! Gemma did all right once she warmed up to hers, in typical Gemma fashion, but she was not a fan at first.

Glad it was a fun evening. Yes, we had bought candy for around 100+ trick or treaters as that's what we had last year. We had 1-2 dozen this year. Add to our leftovers what all the "kind" neigbors dumped off on Gemma and holy monkeys do we have a lot of candy around here!
