Whiney Wednesday 1

Well, after watching a friend participate the past few weeks, I'm in.

1. Fall Colds: The girls have been sick the past three days. It has been difficult because though their colds are not too severe they haven't been able to sleep like they usually do. Little to no naps and rough beginnings when we put them to bed at night (coughing themselves awake). This makes for a messy house and worn out mom.

2. Stretches: Since being pregnant with J I've had back problems. I've been seeing a chiropractor and physical therapist since her birth. This has helped tremendously yet, I'm still not 100%. I have a regime of stretches I'm supposed to do daily- but I rarely make the time to do them. I find it so difficult to just lay down and stretch when I have a free moment- there's so many other things to do.

Want to add your whines and offer up your sacrifices for your family and friends? Stop over to this site for the details. Have a wonderful Wednesday!

3. Laundry and Dishes: Recently the piles seem unending. A friend shared with me her recent nightmare that the dishes would never be done.. It seems a reality some days here. Dishes are my least favorite chore because they cause my eczema to flare up. And laundry, I don't mind getting it washed and dried but getting folded and it back where it belongs poses my biggest challenge.

The Do and Doing

J's been doing a lot of sleeping. She must be growing.

Kate has a new hair-do. I was cutting Kurt's and she wanted her's cut so I obliged.

Jules has found her voice.

She's been doing a high pitched pterodactyl call quite frequently. Poor daddy has one more chatty girl in house.

Do you love the Packers? Gosh, we do! Watched a win last night which was another fun thing to do!

All Saints Party

We love to do processions! Here's Mary Queen of All Saints.

Parading around the loop in the house...Oh, when the saints, go marching in....

A Ladybug for Our Lady

St. Joan of Arc [photographed before the party]

St. Gianna

St. George and St. Nicolas

St. Elizabeth of Hungry

Blessed Kateri Tekawitha and another St. Elizabeth of Hungry show off our craft for the day (Little Saints they dressed and decorated, found here)

Missing from my pictures, St. Catherine Labore, St. Patrick and adult saints- Catherine of Alexandria and St. Agnes. Oh and we ate these bones, yum!

We had these costumes on for not much more than an hour...

It was long enough to take a few pictures, stop at four of our friends and neighbors and be ready to take them off!

With the amount of loot they got at 4 homes I dread the day they finally figure out what 'trick or treating' is! We did however enjoy giving out our stash of candy- we had at least 80 treaters come to the door. Kate really liked this part (other than the masks). Looking forward to showcasing our Saints Costumes later in the week- our party will be Thursday or Friday. Check back!
